Fotis I have a couple questions.

When you say 3-bar map sensor calibration do you mean, the ecu can control boost up to 3 bar? Also I have 079906036N RS4 injectors and Original 079906036D is there any benefits from running the newer ones over the older?

I'm interested in the dual map option for 2.0TFSI MED9.1. How do we proceed?

MAP means Manifold ABSOLUTE presure. Boost is a diferential function. So if you have 3 bar MAP sensor you can control exactly 3 BAR presure which means 2 BAr BOOST (Absolute-(minus) atmospheric presure) at sea level. Note you have atmospheric presure. Some cars have 2,5bar MAP sensors, others have 3.0bar map sensors so when you have 2,5 bar map sensor and you are running with 1,7bar boost at sea level (which will be 2,7bar in absolute value). Your ecu reads 2,5bar at the same moment. Not a big problem in MAF related systems unless there are rapid changes in airmass - most MAF systems use the MAP sensor only for fast transitions since the MAP sensor reaction time is much better than the slower (but still more acurate in perfectly working conditions) MAF sensor.
I'm running a car with 1,8-2,0 bar boost (2,8-3,0 bar in absolute reading) still with my 2,5 bar MAP sensor however the open loop fueling and air/torque requires a lot of work to match. It's easier, more accurate and more safe to use 3 bar map sensors (with the propper modiffications in ECU) for boost levels above 1,5 bar.

Hello, I know you have great experience tuning med9.1 ECU and specifically 2.0 tfsi. What is your opinion about GM HP hdev5.1 injectors https://zzperformance.com/products/opel ... -injectors with modified rail and 175 bar PRV for power over 500hp on EA113 with Gtx3076 2nd gen. Is it better setup than old HDEV 1 RS4 injectors. Can it be achieved on Med 9.1

Thanks!
