New features for Bosch ME7.9.10 ECU equipped on TJET engines

* fix MapSwitching to work via accPED+brake or Cruise Control (up to 4 mapsets)
* userSelectable Launch Control with antilag or ignition cut
* Flatshift added the antilag feature
* Knock warning (if knock retards more than 9deg then MIL blinks)
* Knock failsafe (if knock retards more than 9.75deg then throttle closes to 25% for 7sec)
* Hard cut RPM limiter (the bang bang one)
